About Noel Jellyman

I started as an apprentice carpenter, at 20 Yrs of age went into business as a building contractor, Set up Jellyman Homes Limited (now wound up) employing carpenters for over 30 Years. Around 15 years ago I started changing what I was doing, set up a new consulting company, ceased employing people and trained as a weather tight design expert, and adjudicator under the Construction Contracts Act. I was a member of Waikato Registered Master Builders for over 30 Years. Current memberships include the Adjudication Association of New Zealand (AANZ) of which I am a Past President, Registered Building Surveyor with the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors (NZIBS) and Society of Construction Law. I have a Diploma in Building Surveying and Certificate in Residential Property Inspections, Branz Certificate in Adjudication and BRANZ course in weather tight design. Over the last 15+ years I have established new relationships with Lawyers, a team of Architects and designers, civil and structural engineers G A Hughes and Associates (2005) Limited which allows me to carry out a wide range of professional assignments including structural design work, structural inspections, geotechnical investigations, dispute resolution work, expert witness investigation and reports.
